How long will it take? Most computer repair is completed in the same visit for onsite service. PC repair involving parts varies depending on part delivery and inventory.

What brands do you service? We service ALL brands. HP, Dell, Sony, Acer, Asus and more. Even custom builds. Call us for expert computer repair.

What areas do you service? Our computer repair and laptop repair service areas include Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside, Escondido, Carlsbad, Encinitas and North San Diego County.

What if I have more than one pc to repair? Because we work by the hour, we can work on multiple computers and laptops during the same visit at no extra charge. This includes your router, printer and scanner and other peripherals. We can perform a laptop repair, computer repair and network setup all in the same visit. We typically diagnose and repair many problems in one hour.

What is your Thermal Renew service?

Just $49 could fix your pc with this service. We wipe out power hogging addons, strangeware, and anything else that will rob your pc or laptop of power. Then we setup your system to run it's fastest. Often this fixes many problems returning your machine to normal operation. This service is available for laptops, notebooks or desktop computers.

Recover Windows to Factory From HD Partition

Recovery from existing hard drive partition to original factory state. All existing information will be erased including the user name and password. This service does NOT include data backup. This service works to repair laptops or desktosp and restores to factory condition

Recover Windows Advanced - Includes Factory Discs

$99

Restores computer to original factory condition via Recovery Disc Set that must be ordered from vendor. Price reflects labor and cost of ordering discs along with installation. The discs are yours for your specific machine.

Laptop Thermal Renew Service

DC Power Jack Replacement

$69

Has your laptop stopped charging? If you wiggle the power jack and the charge indicator sometimes comes on or blinks, you may have a broken power jack. This laptop repair requires ordering a part and then completely disassembling your machine. The price for this repair includes the cost of the part. Of course this service is also guaranteed.

Battery Replacement

$29 and up

Batteries age and eventually stop holding a charge. Our batteries come from quality sources and come with a 1 year full replacement warranty.

What are your rates? Please see our fixed rate services. All other work is at $69 hourly. We charge a flat rate of $49 per hour for remote support. We typically solve multiple problems in the first hour.

How do I request the fastest service? For the fastest computer repair just give us a call.

With our remote software we can diagnose and perform a laptop repair or computer repair right over the internet.
